When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 business days for shipping out your order.

When will I receive tracking?
You will receive a tracking email once your order is processed! Once you receive the email, please wait 2 business days in order for the package location to update if you do not see it right away.

My order tracking has been stuck/my package is lost. What do I do next?
Once we ship out your order, we are no longer able to help with your lost package. Please reach out to your local USPS for more information on your package location.

Can I cancel my order?
If your item has not shipped, we can cancel your order. Please email us at hello@gogodaze.com.

If you have received a tracking number it is most likely that your order has shipped and we will not be able to cancel your order. We hope you understand, and please know we appreciate your support!

Can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your order, but please note you will have to pay for shipping. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
